Our office hours are from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm and 1:40 pm to 3:30 pm.

If no one is available to answer the phone outside these hours, the answering machine will take a message.

When calling to inform the school of your child’s absence please leave your child’s first and last name along with the teacher’s name, and the reason for the absence.

If you are calling at the end of the day to make a pick up change, (time or person picking up your child(ren), please do so prior to 2:30 pm and please speak with the administrative assistant. Do not leave a phone message. It is busy at the end of the day and no time to check the answering machine.

If a student answers the phone, you may leave a message but please call back to speak the secretary to ensure the message was received. Students are not allowed to accept end of the day pick up changes.
